Walglas

New windows installed, not neatly finished kit is everywhere. Frames broken and only slightly glued together. Called to say we are really not happy with it. They came and said they were going to solve it and left again after 5 minutes, but nothing better than before!! No more tinkering

Two leaking windows in our conservatory have been neatly replaced. First a measuring appointment, then the installation. We are very satisfied with the service provided. When part of the frame turned out to be bad during installation, they resolved this very neatly for a small additional charge. Pleasant employees who did their work with dedication. It's also nice that you are always informed by email about when they are coming and a text message when they leave so that you are not waiting all the time for nothing.

Already in December I had telephone contact regarding ordering a custom mirror plate and glass edges. This would take a while due to the lockdown and the bankruptcy of the company in question to which these orders are normally outsourced. So it happened. However, after 3 weeks I had not heard anything. I contacted Walglas myself, who spoke to me in a friendly manner and said that they were still working on it. So another 3 weeks passed. I contacted them again last week. They no longer knew exactly what it was about. They did not know the dimensions given. I passed this on again. And they would sort this out and I could come by today. I called today to be sure. Again, they initially did not know what it was about. I was then told that the quote had not yet been approved, and it had never been sent to me. Mrs. put me through to her male colleague who spoke to me last week and would sort everything out. Long story short. The order had not yet been sent as they had not yet received written approval. In other words, they did not work carefully, accurately and in my opinion not professionally. This is very sloppy, there is apparently no good communication with each other and there is a clear lack of a proactive attitude regarding the handling of the administration. Very unfortunate and very sloppy. You have no use for friendliness if it cannot be delivered.

We are very satisfied with the services provided: a number of windows were replaced quickly and professionally. We also thought about solutions (as good, but cheap as possible). It was already the third time that we asked Walglas to do something for us. Always excellent workmanship!

Hele fijne service. Snel, betrouwbaar en eerlijk. Had eerst een andere glasleverancier gebeld. Die stuurde en gekke factuur waarbij er een hoogwerkerkraan zou moeten worden gehuurd van een paar honderd euro, alleen maar om een klein raampje op de eerste verdieping te vervangen. Daarom heb ik Glaswal gebeld. Die kwamen tenminste met een eerlijke prijs en deden het werk op een doodnormale ladder. Volgende keer bel ik ze zeker weer!
