The gas pipes were to be replaced on behalf of Liander. Voskuilen came for the 2nd time, as it was claimed that not everyone on the porch would be present. They left again for the same reason. After all residents reported that everyone was present, the Voskuilen employees had to return. I confronted the employee as he was leaving and he claimed it was not their job to ring the doorbell downstairs. There was a discussion about it and I said this discussion is not going anywhere and I wanted to walk away. The employee then said something up to three times that was unacceptable. He walked away and said another nasty word. Then emailed the company and heard nothing more. I have no interest in making up this story. The employee in question knows perfectly well that he was wrong and this will happen more often in the future with such a character attitude. Voskuilen doesn't have to come here anymore!!!

Unfortunately, this company was appointed by Liander. Ultimately, the work was taken over by a partner of Liander (for gas and electricity) and by Dunea itself (for the water). Dunea was really great, thought along and had a good sense of the situation. Van Gelder's partners were also excellent. But I really hope that Voskuilen Woudenberg no longer gets projects that require some understanding of a consumer situation. Horrible planner with misplaced arrogance. Liander has paid us the first damage compensation and the second is still to come. All because Voskuilen was unable to meet his deadlines. Too bad you have to give one star to respond, one is still too many.

Unbelievable, this company. This is the fifth time they're doing excavation work on our driveway. We understand this has to happen; it's important work. But at least inform the residents! The second-to-last time, we had to find out because a sign was suddenly placed in our driveway stating that parking is not permitted from January 6th. The last time, I went to the supermarket, came back, and my driveway was open. I submitted a complaint via the contact form on the website, and I heard nothing for two weeks. When I then called, they asked if I could email it again because "it's now been sent to the head office." Forwarding my email to the branch is obviously not an option. What terrible service.

I received a new input cable last Friday and when I get home the meter turns back. I had a Stedin engineer visit me at 10:30 PM because your breakdown service engineer said it was his region. It was not and he would pass this on to the correct region on Monday, resolved by Stedin.

That is a storage space for electricity materials
