I had a disagreement with the owner of this company. It was about how the stone should be positioned during laying. Due to the way my paver laid them, we were short of stones. I must say that I am very satisfied with how the owner resolved this. It doesn't matter who was right. This company has deposited extra stones with us free of charge and that speaks of leniency and professionalism. Can highly recommend this company!

About five years ago I visited this company in Wijchen for the first time. What struck me then was the unfriendly approach. Despite the reasonable prices I decided to buy quite a bit here, expecting this to be a one-time experience. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt. A month ago, in 2024, I decided to go to this company again to buy paving stones. To my surprise I immediately recognized the woman behind the counter, but unfortunately because of her behavior. Her grumpy attitude was unchanged; everything seemed too much trouble and every question seemed too much and difficult. They made me wait without explanation and I was treated as if I didn't matter. It is really disappointing how unfriendly this company is to customers. I honestly wonder how this company can still exist. Who would want to buy something here?

At Van den Broek, they actively contribute ideas, are friendly and knowledgeable, and take the time to help you. Delivery is smooth, flexible, and fast. They're also much cheaper than all the other options in the region. From now on, they'll definitely be my go-to paving partner. My order: 90m² of two different anthracite ceramic tiles with drainage channels and matching borders.

Ordered black soil and it was delivered promptly. We also helped find a solution: how to get it into my garden? We used a shovel to get it to the destination. Great company and very pleasant staff.

They have no service here. Need 2000 bricks for an extension. I wanted to take a few sample stones with me to see which one best matches the existing home. That was not allowed, but had to be done. compare a photo. I indicate that this cannot be done with a photo. Then I just had to knock a piece of stone into a corner of my house so I could take it with me and compare it. In other words, I have to start damaging my house because this company is too lazy to provide samples. I have now succeeded elsewhere who do not make a fuss about giving/borrowing a few stones for a comparison.
