Complaint filed to the company and it is still pending. Will update google review on the progress 20250626 the team came 2hrs eariler than we were informed. Nice communication on the site. The fix is to fill the holes and add a concrete layer on the top of the soft part. For the first time they informed us after the work is done. 20250625 the company called us providing the solution that they can come eariler by 20250626 to fix the floor. The below is the original situation and feedbacks as of 20250624 Poor quality: big collapse showed up within hours of the pouring was done. Part of the floor is ok, but 25% of the floor is too soft and crispy. Poor communication: they required 4-5 parking spots to perform the work but no calls to inform us once the work was done. We had to constantly coordinate with our neighbors. Also, for the complaint we filed, in the email we wrote pls call us as soon as you read this email. Still, no one called me until I called them. Poor solution: They came at the house without notifying us in advance. Then the solution is that we have to come to the house and pour water on the floor on a daily basis for a week!! Just simply hand over their responsibility to the customer, even if it cause us the time and effort to travel 60 km per day. After the call, they send the invoices to us requesting money, despite the contractual obligation is not fulfilled and the fix is not done.

Wij doen funderingsherstel aan woningen en dit doen wij altijd in combinatie met een faber Comfort vloer en al onze klanten zijn uiterst tevreden. Zelf thuis hebben wij het ook en is zeker een aanrader

The gentlemen from Faber poured a cellular concrete floor for us, incl. underfloor heating and anhydrite screed. All steps, from planning and calculation to preparation, implementation and even cleaning, in one word: perfect. 100% satisfied. Can recommend it to everyone.
