Craftsmanship XL. They can deliver beautiful work. Quality is their trademark. We have not bought anything there yet but sincerely hope that it fits within our budget. Update from May 2021: Finally able to order a house from these toppers. Once built by the real craftsmen very happy with the results.

Top service. Bought a canopy 2 years ago, still very satisfied. Now after 2 years the transformer of the LED lighting broke and was replaced without any problems, completely free of charge. That is real old-fashioned service.

Very nice words that are not lived up to. After installation it turned out that the veranda was placed too low was. After 2 years, the wooden floor under the shed had already rotted away. After 6 years, all rebate parts have warped, twisted and are coming loose. They appear to be stapled and not screwed or attached with special nails. The distance between the staples is 90 cm! So way too much. The posts also show cracks and you can see where the parts were put together. I certainly don't recommend this business. Update after response from Garden Pleasure: This answer does not surprise me. Naturally, we immediately sounded the alarm when the veranda was too low. Your employee, who came to take a look, also admitted this. But nothing was done about it until I indicated that I had recorded the conversation with the employee (premonition?) With the planks I received the answer: wood just works. That's right, but that much? Yes, if you shoot staples, I later understood from a contractor. The veranda was painted and varnished by you, so poorly painted? By yourself then. According to you and Jotun's packaging, it can last 12 years. Of course we have kept track of it every year. And after 5 years, had everything done again. With Jotun, because that is really quality stuff. And, I forgot in the message below, the sills of the casement windows had to be repaired, because they had rotten parts. The painter indicated that this is because the sills were horizontal and therefore did not drain. This causes water to remain on the surface for too long, resulting in wood rot. Well, the floor. We just had a concrete floor poured in, because we didn't feel like having to have it replaced again after 2 years.
