Bunglers and scammers. I had to refill my boiler regularly. Called Kreeft and van Wissen and they replaced my expansion vessel in April/May. The fitter indicated that I might have to refill the boiler a few more times. That was not necessary in the summer, but it was during the winter. After refilling it twice, it kept leaking somewhere. I discovered for myself that the distributor was completely rusted through. Called Kreeft and van Wissen and fitter 1 came by. He only took a photo but could not repair it. This would be done the next day. The next day I did not see anyone, called twice but I was not called back and then the company was closed for 2 weeks. They also did not respond to my recorded messages with the breakdown service. I had to refill the boiler every other day. After 2 weeks, 2 fitters showed up at the door unannounced. 1 fitter stood there and looked at it. The water got under my floor, causing serious damage to my laminate in 2 places and the plasterwork coming off the wall. My entire floor needs to be replaced and the wall needs to be repaired. A very hefty bill for which 2 men were wrongly charged for labour, they did not acknowledge their mistake and no apology was even offered. At the time of replacing the expansion vessel, they should have looked further. The distributor has always been the cause of having to refill the boiler. Kreeft and van Wissen were given the opportunity to solve it several times and to admit their mistake and therefore an advice. Keep looking because this company will help you from the frying pan into the fire.

Afspraak gemaakt voor een nieuwe CV-ketel. Er was iemand langs gekomen om te bespreken wat er moest gebeuren. Ze zouden een offerte toesturen. Na een week nog geen offerte ontvangen, dus ik belde op om te vragen of ze de offerte konden toesturen. Krijg ik als antwoord: 'we zijn druk' . Nu is het 6 maanden later en nog steeds heb ik geen offerte ontvangen. Dus bij deze raad ik Kreeft & van wissen NIET aan. Klant is blijkbaar geen koning, het Interesseert ze helemaal niks....

Since 2005 an Alure boiler from the Kreeft and van Wissen company. Which, partly due to its good annual maintenance, still gives a very good return of 104% after 20 years. With the note that good mechanics are important and are highly valued by this company. Hope to see you again in 2026.

Beware, scammers! Had 400 euros worth of maintenance done by this company. CV then kept breaking down. Stay far away from this company for cv maintenance
