We had a heat pump/solar boiler combination of which the boiler had already given up the ghost after 12 years and the heat pump had not been properly installed by the contractor. On the advice of Paul Kaal, I switched to EcoForest and it was immediately installed properly. The end result is a much smaller, solid and low-noise setup that we are very happy with. For a good product and service that suits your personal situation. This means good information in advance, no sales pitch, clear quotation, quick response to questions. The installation was carried out very neatly. Correct quality pump and all pipes mounted in stainless steel.

I live in a monumental church, where only real craftsmen are allowed to work because of the high demands and the lack of room for error. Paul Kaal of HeatPumpService B.V. dared to take on the challenge together with Pim Groot of Ground Research to completely disconnect the church from gas. Pim took care of the closed ground sources (garden), and Paul installed the heat pump. The result is pure craftsmanship and professionalism, combined with knowledge that comes from years of experience. By using a geothermal source, I achieve a COP value of 6 throughout the year, while a 375-litre tank is also kept warm continuously. The church uses only 6,000 kWh per year for heating, cooling and hot water. After 2.5 years of using the heat pump, I have never been in the cold for a day. With more than 350 m² of heated floor space, I enjoy a constant temperature of 21 degrees. Not only does the system work perfectly, but I have also significantly reduced my heating costs. Everything is just right. The building and I are extremely grateful to Paul. An absolute must for anyone looking for reliable experts in heat pumps.
