I would like to compliment the lady in charge of planning at the Ranzijn installation company for acting quickly. Our old neighbor had a leak in the kitchen and everything was flooded. The planning lady called me back within 2 minutes of reporting that a technician was on his way urgently. The leak has now been resolved. That's exactly my point, Alex... Alex came by for an inspection. We'd like to get off gas as much as possible. After walking around the house and discussing our wishes, we still haven't heard anything more than a month later... When we inquired why we hadn't heard anything yet, we received an email saying some people were sick and very busy... Ugh. I may only run a very small business myself, but if I treated my customers like that, I wouldn't be around for the 36 years I've been self-employed. I just think it's a shame that you see service and "appointments are appointments" becoming increasingly difficult to find these days. A simple email after two weeks stating they hadn't gotten around to it could have saved this review. I've since happily invested my hard-earned €15,000 elsewhere. And it's strange, by the way, that they even bother to respond to a negative review within two days... Alex, take advantage of my review and change your approach.
