Called Oct 14, got email address, emailed Oct 15. Still haven't heard anything. Luckily I don't have a contract. And it won't happen! A big fail!

A bad company with very poor communication and bizarrely HIGH (!) prices. In March our boiler broke down and Ponsioen came to diagnose it. The mechanic opened the boiler, put water pressure on it and immediately saw that the exchanger was defective. He screwed the boiler shut again and left. All in all, a quarter of an hour's work at most. The invoice? 145 euros!! Ridiculous for a quarter of an hour to diagnose it. This includes almost 40 euros excluding VAT for call-out charges. This company is literally 3.8 km from our house in Alphen. An absurdly high amount, as if they arrive with a private driver. Called to say that this invoice is not entirely correct and where the absurdly high call-out charges come from. It turned out that an hour of work was clocked on the work order. They turned this back to half an hour (still too long, but okay). When asked what they are going to do with the call-out charges, this party simply does not respond anymore. Also because the boiler was broken, we immediately requested a quote for replacement. You would think that if you know that a customer has a defective boiler, you should take action quickly with a quote, but here too Ponsioen falls far short. It took more than 3 weeks (even asking them in the meantime where the quote was) before the quote arrived. Well, by then a new boiler had already been installed by another supplier. 3 weeks without hot water is not exactly an option... We are now in June and the questions about the invoice have still not been resolved or answered properly. Unfortunately, this company is absolutely not recommended in terms of service and certainly not in terms of costs.

So far only good experiences. Kettle serviced and air conditioning installed - Edit: a bit on the high price -Edit 2024 - Have been waiting for a service for my air conditioning for 1 year and 1 month.

terrible company, heating keeps breaking down. our VVE should really find another company for this because this is terrible. they are often in the cold

twice they let you sit after an appointment. Just don't show up. That's bad. So it can't be like that. What a rubbish company. Also rude on the phone and not providing information at all.
