Absolutely don't do business with Vreede Klima Service. They installed the boiler incorrectly. They don't respond to your emails or complaints; all they do is send a debt collection order to your roof. Even if I pay that, my boiler is still installed incorrectly. Besides the fact that it leaks regularly. VERY POOR SERVICE!! NO SERVICE AT ALL!!

Short review: Do not work with the Vreeden Klima Service. They do poor work and it is also a fire hazard! After the first payment, nothing was heard, despite several emails and telephone calls. Long review: Asked Vreeden Klima Service to replace our underfloor heating zone controllers with a Honeywell system. Unfortunately, after the work it turned out that only the ground floor could be heated; the first and second floors could not be heated. Later I discovered that they had connected 24V servo motors to 230V zone controllers, which is a fire hazard. After further inspection, I noticed that the zone controllers were connected without strain relief on the power cables, which is also a fire hazard because it can cause a short circuit. Because 24V servo motors were installed, I incurred additional costs for the purchase of new servo motors (€700) and additional costs for another installation company to solve the heating problem on the first and second floor.

I have been a customer for the boiler inspection for several years, that part is going reasonably well. However, they are unfortunately unable to respond to emails or follow up on telephone calls with simple questions.

Satisfied with the work/maintenance on the boiler, dissatisfied with the communication regarding the conditions. They indicate that they will hand over the General Conditions on request, but these are not forthcoming upon request. After further questioning, the 'rules of the game' are sent, which appear to have been adapted for the occasion and issue and therefore never handed over in that version before, let alone approved. Legally inconclusive and quite unprofessional. Apart from the fact that I can quite agree with the content of the conditions, as a company you cannot playfully adapt the rules.

They are dishonest and come up with every "problem" to charge you ridiculous material costs. They charge the materials about 20% more than the usual price. And beware, they will try to charge more materials than they used. Absolutely not recommended!
