I am amazed by FB Duurzam in every step of our solar panel project. Communication has been extremely clear and proactive from the introduction to the finalisation. Quang provided excellent advice and examination of the project. I feel very well accommodated as someone who can't speak fluent Dutch. Thank you so much! Due to the unique nature of our building, both unusual techniques and materials are required. However, FB came prepared again. A professional treatment was created, discussed, and masterfully executed in mere weeks. Despite the additional complexity, I appreciate how they choose not just the easy way but the best way to complete the project. To summarise, I can only say good things about them. Ours was a challenging project, and FB Duurzaam Installaties gave it the attention to detail it deserves.

They never answer the phone and email. They cancelled the meeting before installation. Installation of zonnepanelen is planned for tomorrow, but they did not send any confirmation. Will they cancel it as they did with the previous meeting? I call them, but they do not pick up the phone. On their website it is lies that they are open and work, and you can call them. You can, but they do not answer. So what am I supposed to tell my collega's? Will I be in the office tomorrow or not? How can I know if they will come or cancel the meeting again? Why they never answer the phone? They also did not answer emails that I sent them yesterday and today.

Today we had solar panels installed by florusse and busch. Thomas helped us a lot with choosing the right panels and inverter. Carlos & co did a perfect job with the installation. Very satisfied with this company and we recommend them!

Florusse & Busch installed the solar panels on our roof at the front and rear. They will also be installing underfloor heating and have helped us/put us in touch with a supplier for a new boiler and hybrid boiler. Thinking along with adjustments and switching quickly when things have to be different than expected (due to my actions)! Other things still need to be done, but this doesn't keep me awake for a moment. I'm sure they will bring it all to a good end result! Top staff, top products, top company 👍🏻
