At the beginning of this year we decided that we were going to completely renovate our backyard. The idea quickly arose to include a SPA in the design. No sooner said than done. But because the SPA world was a completely new world for us, we first started by exploring the internet. I have to admit that sometimes - after reading all the stories - there were moments when we were in danger of giving up the desire to purchase a SPA. In the end it didn't get that far. With all the wisdom we had acquired, it was clear to us that we had to go for a solid Western quality product that was designed for our Northern European climate. From that conclusion we quickly ended up at NOVITEK in Finland. They have been designing SPAs for many years that are used day in and day out by their users in Scandinavia to great satisfaction. These SPAs are characterized by good insulation, quality parts from Balboa and a deeper tub, so that the shoulders are under water. The NOVITEK SPAs are supplied in a unique dealership in the Netherlands by RIVERSPA in Apeldoorn. At the beginning of February we visited the showroom in Apeldoorn. Niels introduced us to all the ins-and-outs of the various SPAs in a calm and knowledgeable manner. Without any moment of sales pressure, we came to the conclusion that the KIILO best suited our needs. This is further enhanced by the integrated walk-in stairs. Usually you don't rush into making these kinds of purchases overnight, but this felt so good in every respect that we finally made the decision on the spot and ordered the KIILO. In the period that followed, Niels kept us well informed about the progress of the process, even when a delay due to the supply of parts threatened. Ultimately, the SPA was delivered and installed to us with limited delay. The SPA had to be placed over our house in the sunken pit with a 50-ton crane. This was also taken care of by Niels and his colleague in a careful and expert manner. When Niels and his colleague left, the SPA was ready for our first user experience. And that was great; what a pleasure and what a picture! In the first weeks after the installation, we sometimes still had some questions due to our inexperience. Niels always responded quickly and where necessary in a solution-oriented manner. It is clear to us that we have made a great choice with NOVITEK and RIVERSPA. As users, but also as critical entrepreneurs, we are very pleased with their products and services. Highly recommended. TOP!

Yesterday we had a beautiful Wellis Budapest midnight canyon installed by Riverspa. They take their time installing, connecting and explaining the spa.
