Really unorganized. They already give a time window of 5 hours and then still manage to be an hour late. Had to call them three times because they forgot to give me an apointment.

On August 28, I called your customer service and told you that the outdoor air sensor is broken. How do I know that? It is a clear fault code and after following the steps the problem remains. In other words, broken. This is also clearly stated in the manual for this device. For more than three weeks I have been in a house full of stench because of that broken ventilation sensor, without anything being done about it. You send a technician who literally performs the same reset. He charges 30 minutes for a 5 minute job and tells me the sensor is broken. Yes yohhh. I already knew that and I already told you. The technician indicated that the sensor had to be ordered. It would be out of stock. Uhm? How can you not have something like this in stock? I am still waiting for a new technician to solve this problem and a technician to install new filters. In the meantime, the problems in my home and my health are worsening. My house is full of silverfish crawling on the walls, floors and even my couch. While I constantly open the windows and doors to reduce the smell. I have been coughing, sneezing and my eyes have been burning for weeks. Also sleeping problems and headaches. This is known to customer service. These are clear signs that poor ventilation and moisture problems are making me ill. House dust mites cause allergic reactions and respiratory complaints, and I am severely allergic to them. It is scandalous that after so many weeks I still have to live in an unhealthy environment without a solution.

They do not possess communication skills. Scheduling appointments takes months and you can keep calling back yourself. Service from some operators is terrible! It's absolutely scandalous how they work!! Had a service visit in December, where it turned out that the installation did not work at all and was very outdated. Photos were taken and employees indicated that the installation needed to be replaced at a new appointment. A week later I called Bevico to ask how long it would take to replace the installation at the appointment on January 28, as a number of pipes from the central heating boiler were blocking the installation. The operator indicated that she had seen the photos and that the installation would be replaced and that this would take 1.5 hours. The next appointment was scheduled for January 28, on the day itself the appointment was simply canceled because the technician was 'still' ill and I was given a new appointment for which I had to wait a whole month again, namely February 28, the operator said. On February 27, I called to double check whether the appointment would go ahead the next day, but I was told that they had scheduled the appointment for February 27!!! The technician came on February 27, he tried to remove the old installation, which was unsuccessful due to the pipes of the central heating boiler blocking the installation. And yes, the technician left without any work done and I would get a new appointment where both Bevico and the central heating company could come by at the same time. I immediately called Bevico and the operator indicated that he would transfer me to a colleague, and SO DISCONNECTED THE CONNECTION!!! Called back immediately and was told there was a tape because they were closed at 4:30 PM. It is now March 7 and I have heard nothing. A complaint has already been submitted to the housing association. Also receiving a call back while retaining your queue position does not happen!!!!!
