Really dumbfounded. After 25 years of loyal customer, left out in the cold 😩 CV needs maintenance. Try to make an appointment. Tried several times. The employee in question is not there and we will be called back. No way. No schedule available, probably won't be this year. 800 waiting in front of us. Huh ... They only have 1 mechanic (?) in service who also has to do other work. Van der Laan, what happened to your company? We are not used to this from you. That we cannot be helped immediately, a la, but we are now months further. Reading the reviews, we are apparently not the only ones. Too bad, very bad. Very disappointed!

Another few weeks and emails later: "If you can make time available on another day, we would love to hear from you." This was my answer: "Madam, it is my work. I live from my work. It is not a hobby that I can free myself from. I work. I am shocked by the lack of customer service from this company. It also pretends to be committed to regular customers. I'm not asking for a favor." Still a broken geyser and therefore no hot water, no shower.

Never been able to make such bad agreements with a company. The work at my home would take 1 to 4 days. In the meantime, two months have passed, they have been there a total of 3 days and they have cancelled an appointment 3 times, of which 2 times they simply did not show up without notification. The men who come are good at their job, but it remains the question whether/when they will actually come.

Broken rain drain pipe was resolved very quickly and easily by mechanic V Dijk. Very satisfied with the work performed and service.

Very good and fast service for central heating repair and maintenance.
