Great company. After being without power for the weekend, I received a number from another company through our housing association that had to do that job. But after calling three times the answer was Monday. Called Coolman from within an hour, next time I will call Coolman immediately. But don't think it's necessary Simon has delivered a top performance.

Very pleased with Coolman. Where I spent a long day (with a little one) without a fridge and kitchen in the heat, and spoke to 10 companies that unfortunately had no time or staff for us during the holidays, at Coolman someone was on the doorstep within fifteen minutes of our call, who was not only lightning fast and competent, but also very attentive and cooperative. In the meantime, the milk is cold again and I am a little wiser. I know who I will call next time.

Disappointing, do not keep to the agreement. Do not respond to the phone or email regarding the problem that occurred to me (boiler failure) during the weekend. I only got in touch on Monday. They claimed that they had not received a phone call from me (called about 30 times, each time the answering machine said that they were absent). Then repaired on Tuesday during my absence (due to my work). When I got home on Saturday, the heater turned out to be on the highest setting. So it was boiling hot in my house all week, this was also visible on my Essent bill. A poor excuse was all I could come up with, though ("apologies, but there is nothing I can do about it, good luck in the future"). Did not receive a bill. So I thought it had been settled with the poor service. No, after a year and a half I did receive a bill. Eventually I paid it, but I have a bad feeling about it.

After a difficult start (problems surrounding communication), top service was provided. A little patience and mutual understanding can go a long way. It was very busy and despite that we received the information and service we were looking for. Also compliments from the Enexis engineer for the beautifully laid out meter cupboard. Increasing the power went very smoothly thanks to the good meter cupboard.
