Today, IQ Duurzaam installed solar panels and replaced our fuse box, to our complete satisfaction. From the quote request to the installation, it was a very positive experience! They respond quickly to emails, deliver high-quality products, work with a dedicated, professional team, and, not to mention, they work safely!

Very satisfied. We did not have a maintenance contract, but we were still able to receive very quick and friendly help when the boiler stopped working, which was very nice at a temperature of -10. Since we agreed to conclude a maintenance contract, we were not charged anything for this.

Unfortunately a very bad experience with this company. Was just blackmailed. The owner (Reijk) came to my house for a few weeks. The agreements for the underfloor heating had already been made. I also asked him to make a quote for my kitchen (I am having a new kitchen and the electricity and water pipes need to be changed). I didn't hear anything for weeks. Asked several times after the quote. Had sleepless nights. Because the new kitchen will be ready soon and if things aren't set up properly... Ultimately asked another company. However, the agreement for the underfloor heating still stood and I wanted to leave this as is, because I wanted to have everything ready. The day of underfloor heating arrived. He came with two colleagues. And quite quickly started quoting prices: this costs that and this costs that. The amount soon became considerably higher (1000 euros). He got angry and yelled at me in front of my 9-year-old son. He threatened me to leave and not do the job if he was short 1000 euros in advance. Ultimately he left my house to the man with whom the agreements had been made. He spent more than an hour (times an hour's wages for 3 people) bickering. Ultimately, after consultation with the other man, he did the job. Only he didn't connect the heating. Unfortunately, I cannot respond to the owner's response to my story. So just like that. Dude, you were the one who was going to do this in the first place. And suddenly you wanted a lot more money for everything. You were the one who railed against me in my house, in front of my son. And then shifting the blame to someone else is very silly. You certainly left us out in the cold and if it were up to you, you wouldn't even have filled the kettle upstairs. That's only because the upholsterer said you couldn't make that at all. You also wanted the pipes that had been cut through due to your work (which was probably also necessary, because you also threatened me with that in the morning, because the radiators were not closed. That you would then go straight through. You did not want to cap it, but in the end you did it anyway, when the upholsterer had let you wash ... not being able to do this). So if it were up to you, you would have left me and the kids completely out in the cold. Now don't lie and blame someone else. You also know what you would do to me and because you suddenly decided that you wanted an extra 1000 euros, you decided not to connect everything. And as you have noticed and seen, the complaint has been filed.

Agreements are not kept. Once the invoice is paid, there's no response to any installation issues, and you're left to find a company willing to fix them. This is extremely bad.
