Was in the process off ordering a pelletkachel. Phoned the shop to clarify a couple of items on the pelletkachel and 2 minutes later is the price 500 euros more expensive. Not a trustworthy experience!!!

We had moved our "old" stove with us. Neatly installed again by Krul Altech. Many years of fun. Only this house is larger than our previous house, so we were looking for a stove with more capacity and accumulating heat. Dear Erik and Team, What a fantastic De Leenders stove! Tim and his buddy installed the Mats TOP heater. According to expectations. ☺️ We are now carefully "lighting up" the stove. Meanwhile, the "hot" dogs are already "cooking" in front of the stove. We are once again very happy with your fantastic service and advice! Visser family (Customer of KrulAlltech for over 10 years) PS the advice regarding wood storage (more ventilation) makes it complete. 🙏

A very nice fireplace shop with a huge selection. Knowledgeable staff. Prices are on the high side, but the service is excellent.

On Friday, January 31, 2025, we were surprised by a chimney fire around 4 p.m. After the fire brigade had cleared everything, the fire chief urgently advised us to first have a flue inspection carried out before using our built-in fireplace again. After the weekend I called Krul Alltech and asked if they could carry out the inspection at short notice. It was very busy, but they would see what they could do for me. Who can describe my surprise that I received a call that same afternoon to say that the field service in Zaandam had finished a job earlier than expected, and if I was at home, they would come straight to me in Akersloot. After arrival, they inspected the entire installation both downstairs in the stove and from the roof near the chimney hood. They also saw that the door of the stove had play, which play was immediately remedied by properly adjusting the door. The lace in the door was properly secured, as it had come loose in one place. We also discussed our heating behavior and heating in general and we learned a lot from them. Everything happened in a relaxed atmosphere, and we ended the afternoon with a cup of coffee and a slice of cake.
