Do not try to contact this guy and ask questions via his Whats App phone number which he offers on his web-site, cause he will simply not answer you, even if you ask back multiple times. What a disappointing and unprofessional manner. Would NOT recommend to buy anything from this shop !

Very bad! No communication and no responses to emails. Had telephone contact twice, all sorts of things are promised but nothing is true here either. After 6 weeks still no items received, and no response about a specific delivery time. The last thing I received was a vague email with delivery July 5th shipment sent. Advice, leave this store alone. I feel misled and cheated. I am going to seek legal assistance.

'After initial good contact and delivery at the time, I have now found myself in the situation that since November last year I have been trying to find a solution to the problem with my Honeywell Ecohome underfloor heating distributor that Solar-nu supplied to me. Mr Verbakel from Solar-nu either does not respond at all, or sometimes does so with a long delay and always simply forwards my complaint to Honeywell, even though I have a supply agreement with him/solar-nu. I am very disappointed in this non-customer-friendly behavior and have now reached the point where I am involving complaints committees and other bodies to find a solution. Not reacting or passing the buck is really not possible! For anyone who is considering purchasing something from Solar-nu/solar-nu-webshop: I have warned you!'

Treated very rudely on the phone. : 'Order on the site, you will see if it is in stock'. That is not visible on his site. No response is received anymore, not by telephone, not even by email or app (which is advertised on the site) Pay and then wait weeks? I wouldn't buy there...if this is the service...

Do not do business with them, ordered various solar installation materials from this company, but there is no trace of the ordered data logger. Company does not respond to emails, final reminder about this generates a mailbox full of error messages on the receiving end on one of the email addresses used. Final reminder with claim for repayment made and legal assistance called in.
