Van der Velden Installaties

At first, I was shock that they have such low rating because my initial experience was good when I purchased my boiler. But recently, when I called and tried to make an appointment for annual check, the guy on the phone had some serious attitude problem. He just hangup the phone and never pick up again. If you want to have a responsible and reliable dealer, think twice before placing your order with them.

Today a van from this company pushed off the road, which resulted in damage. Good service when it comes to driving away without an apology, thank you very much.

Unbelievable how Brian does everything for his customers, Called on Thursday that my boiler had broken down while a new one was already on order, Friday afternoon at 4 o'clock everything was new and worked perfectly!

Received a rather unfriendly response on the phone. Admittedly, due to circumstances we have not been able to have the boiler serviced for a long time, but an old customer (we purchased the boiler from Van der Velden at the time) taking a little measure of this does not give much confidence. I was allowed to leave my name and telephone number to have them call me back, because there were customers in the store (I actually thought that customers on the phone were also customers...). When I said that I would look further because I have an acute problem and cannot wait three days for a repair, the receiver was thrown down. If we ever need a new boiler, we will certainly not purchase it from Van der Velden again...

I don't recognize the negative reactions at all. We have been customers for 18 years and have always received expert advice and good service. This week we had to have our old combi boiler replaced and that was also done well. We can recommend Van der Velden to everyone.
