- Often cancel appointments - Repairs are a no-go, replacing everything is the only option. In order to keep costs as high as possible. - Very non-transparent, do not indicate in advance how much something will cost - Do not have the correct materials on several occasions, causing unnecessary delays (this will of course be invoiced) - They work somewhat sloppily, forgetting to replace roof tiles after work on the roof. We only found out from an external party after half a month. After calling, they only turned out to be able to fix this the next day, even if it rained it didn't matter. So the roof has been open for half a month during many rainy days. This company felt the inside wall to see if it was wet and made the comment that the water would slide down into the gutter... - Do not respond to damage caused. No apology or otherwise responsibility. - Work that takes place before the end of the year will be invoiced the following year, at probably higher rates (lack of transparency) In short, highly recommended

Called on Sunday for a leak in the boiler. The boiler appears to be leaking. On Tuesday, despite the busy hours, they came to install a new boiler at the end of the day. We were able to take a nice shower again. Now that's what I call service

Bad experience. The showroom this company uses isn't exactly customer-friendly. So I ordered from a different plumbing supplier. I wasn't allowed to order everything because the company also wanted to supply some bathroom fixtures. Even that didn't go entirely smoothly. The kitchen extractor fan didn't work out either. I ended up taking care of it myself. Customer service could be much better.
