Do not rent here. 2 years after i move out i receive invoices for gas, energy and water. I never missed a payment but turns out i signed for a communal distribution formula for energy and water. After weeks of back and forthing i finally receive a copy of my signed contract. Turns out i did sign. Though the contract does not stipulate the specifics regarding this formula and states that it is calculated using ''either a distrubition formula or meter''. I guess it's my mistake for being naive, though i have to say they abuse young, naive people to squeeze as much money out as possible. Do not rent.

We sent all the necessary documents that include the private information, received the message that everything is alright, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 that we are going to sign a contract. After more than a month of silence and ignoring my messages, I receive a message that the room went to somebody else. Nice Instead, they offered me some kind of 𝟱 𝗺𝟮 attic with the sink and stove where you can 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗲 for €𝟒𝟓𝟎 🤡 (I wonder how person suppose to study without a table and cook without a fridge)

Worst of the worst. No responsive phone number, emails are ignored or they respond to one part of it so they take 0 accountability. Building is dirty and dusty and hasnt been maintained or cleaned once for years (inside the common hallways, windows outside etc), where it clearly states in the contract it is THEIR responsibility to clean. When you confront them about it they just come up with excuse after excuse to just do as minimal work as possible, or nothing actually. Both front and backdoors’ locks have been broken for a few weeks now so we as tenants who pay SERVICE COSTS need to fend for ourselves and plan together when to leave the backdoor open for each other. We cant even get inside our own apartments!! Also the heating doesnt work which we reported multiple times. Unprofessional, pathetic business.

Recently moved to Breda, NL and had a very hard time finding a decent place willing to do a short term lease to an expat. After reading these other reviews I was scared and even prepared to "lose my deposit". The actual experience with this company turned out to be nothing but amazing. Clean, furnished apartment - everything as advertised. Good communication and not a single issue. Received my deposit back after 27 days and would highly recommend. Thank you Rachel Korving.

Do not respect contracts and the law. Someone named Ivonne Walvoort contacted us and claimed to be a lawyer without being one. She disrespected us, shouted and failed to listen to us. In addition, when being asked for the name she refuses to do so on the phone.
