Via VEH I ended up at Saman for the installation of a heat pump. The first part of the process went smoothly. An appointment for an inspection was quickly made and the first visit was pleasant. After this everything came to a complete standstill. The quote did not come and it turned out to be impossible to contact the advisor and Saman in general. After filing a complaint, there was suddenly a response. I was supposed to be called by the team leader, but was called back by the advisor himself with lame excuses that someone else had not provided him with information. Eventually I did receive a quote, but it was not entirely correct, so I sent a request for a change. Unfortunately, again total radio silence and no response to my attempts to contact me. However, reminders are constantly being sent to approve the quotes. We are now almost 4 months further. Unfortunately, we are now missing out on the subsidy for 2024 and we have missed out on 4 months of revenue from the solar panels. The installation of the solar panels has been postponed for months in anticipation of being able to cancel the flue gas discharge of the central heating. Things can go wrong in a proper process, but this is a structural accumulation of poor performance. The down payment has now been reclaimed, but of course we still haven't seen any money.

Very satisfied with my contact with Saman. Professional advice, fast delivery and smooth installation of my hybrid heat pump. I would definitely recommend them, especially if you don't have much knowledge about the subject, they really take you along and explain everything so well that I even understand it as a layman.

Honest and open communication, both during the quotation process and during installation. Technicians were very friendly and worked very neatly. We found the entire process for the installation of both central heating and air conditioning to be very pleasant and we certainly recommend Saman Group!

We are very interested in purchasing a central heating boiler and a hybrid heat pump and a home battery. In order to make an appointment, a lot of information is requested and without all this information, which is not immediately necessary, no consultation appointment can be scheduled. Thank you for the feedback, but it is not factual. After being confronted with the fact that I could only schedule an appointment by sharing information in advance, I tried to call in and still make an appointment. Unfortunately, that is impossible. If you are still willing to schedule a conversation without the requirement to share information in advance, I would like to hear from you.

We had Saman people install a heat pump. The reject was neatly supervised from the first moment. The employees are all very service-oriented and deliver good work, although agreements are kept worse. I can really recommend this organization
