Unfortunately a very negative experience with this club: - A few weeks ago on Sunday evening a malfunction occurred in the heat pump; no hot water/heating as a result - Reported immediately on Monday; went to pick it up with the distributor. Didn't come to look themselves - Called Kremers and the distributor repeatedly on Monday and Tuesday but no action; and this with a family with three children and a woman who is ill - Called the distributor again on Wednesday and waited until an employee who knows what he's doing came on the line. He guided me through the system for an hour and investigated things. This was very good. The final conclusion was that I had to install a bypass on the printed circuit board myself (to bypass a sensor that was probably broken). This worked and in the course of Wednesday I had hot water and heating again - On Friday a technician from the distributor comes to replace the sensor - Then a hefty bill arrives. In itself I understand that I have to replace the sensor and also the hour worked. But I find call-out charges of 160 euros excl. VAT very steep. If they had come right away I could have lived with that. I spent at least 4 hours calling and installing the bypass. The Kremers staff could have done this just fine Conclusion: Kremers is not at home and I advise everyone not to do business with this club.

Unfortunately negative experiences with this company Don't do business with this...for heat pumps...they don't really understand that here. Selling and delivering to several homes here and then bullshit everywhere.. From leaks to eventually replacing the stuff after a lot of hassle. How difficult can it be to provide a bungalow with a heat pump due to panels...

Recently had a Hybrid heat pump installed by Kremers Installation Technology. Everything was arranged as agreed, very satisfied with the service provided by this company, worth mentioning the knowledge and expertise of the fitters who installed everything. We are warm again and the gas consumption has dropped considerably. I can recommend this company to everyone.

I have a very leaky drain in the kitchen. This requires a new basket, siphon and probably also the pipework to be adjusted. Easily a few hundred euros including call-out costs. A request was sent to Kremers for the repair. No further hurry. I have a large glass jar in the kitchen sink that is emptied every two days. After a few days I received a short but sweet answer: Unfortunately, due to our busy work schedule, we do not have time for this. Good luck further. Well, I didn't say it had to be done immediately. Anyway, another company that turns its nose up at small jobs. That is their own choice, but there is hardly anyone left who can tackle the old-fashioned plumbing jobs. The big jobs always come first. Apparently also at Kremers.

Our entire house was renovated, and all the plumbing work was done by Kremers, including the heat pump, underfloor heating, bathroom, and kitchen. They were great people to work with, and everything was installed perfectly. Thanks!
