They have placed a new CV completely according to agreement, the previous one they had placed was due for replacement after 20 years of trouble-free work. My parents were already customers of Van Joolen and I have been a customer myself for 30 years and I am not thinking about going to someone else.

My father, who has been a Van Joolen customer for 38 years, had a broken central heating boiler and a new one was installed within 2 days after good advice. It was done quickly and professionally, and the service department for regular customers always responds quickly. We have been seeing the red service vans driving through the Rembrandkwartier regularly for years and have never heard anyone complain. That may be said, a TOP installer!

Van Joolen is refusing me a customer (for a central heating maintenance contract) because I canceled an old contract in 2013 and then dared to buy a new boiler from a different supplier in 2018. Everything was clearly written down in an email, apparently the most normal thing in the world ;-) So, dear customer, if you ever want to do business with Van Joolen: never cancel a contract and buy everything from them!

To have our living room renovated by a plasterer, we wanted a quote for removing and replacing four radiators. An employee came by to inventory the question and details and a quotation was issued; After four calls and five weeks, an amount was agreed, the hourly price being around €200 to €300 and the execution could take place after the plasterer had completed the job. That date was one of the details discussed. Extremely disappointing, especially because the VvE obliges us to have work carried out on the central heating by this company. We will certainly discuss this at the next meeting.

Since our NEFIT central heating boiler (EcomLine Classic HRC 30H) needed replacing, I had asked a few local NEFIT installers to submit a quote for the delivery and installation of a new NEFIT boiler (Trendline HRC 30 CW5 II), as well as for the replacement of the circulation pump of the underfloor heating manifold. Based on this, we quickly chose Ingenieursbureau H.M. van Joolen from Bussum. A very good choice now, because not only was the quote process very correct and professional, but the installation was also carried out expertly and completely according to agreement. Since we wanted the new boiler installed on the other side of the attic (compared to where the old one was), this naturally involved some extra work, but the 2 fitters carried it out expertly and exactly within the time frame stated in the quote. And not only expertly and on time, but also worked very neatly and everything was neatly cleaned up at the end. The communication with both was also pleasant, always clear information about what they were doing and where necessary always some consultation. In short, we are extremely satisfied and we can therefore heartily recommend the Van Joolen company!
