What a disappointment this company is. They have transferred all their customers to a third party (top party) and washed their hands of everything they have done in the past. We are left with a damage claim of several thousand euros (and upon inquiry it turned out that we are not the only ones) because they were supposed to have solved a problem (smoke extraction above the ceiling), but upon inspection it turned out that they did not do this properly but did send the invoice. Now they are hiding behind the fact that they have transferred the customers to someone else, but legally this is incorrect and they are responsible for what they have done in the past. Fortunately, the other party is super lenient and they reimburse part of the costs. Advice never do business with people who behave like this.

I would not recommend this company, they do not respond to your phone calls and also not to your emails. They broke my boiler by replacing a part and it came loose while their colleagues say that is not possible if you attach it properly. They just leave you cold.

Today we had a leak in our central heating boiler. Called VTC and was helped immediately. This is the second time in recent years that we have experienced good and fast service from VTC Culemborg. As far as we are concerned, a top company, highly recommended!

Calling ten times and not being called back, then emailing and not being emailed back. Well, then it stops of course. Good luck VTC, you've lost me as a customer.
