What a customer-friendly and correct company! You don't experience this very often anymore. Had a boiler malfunction. Was spoken to very friendly on the phone and was called very quickly by the planning department and a technician was at the door even faster. Unfortunately, the boiler could not be repaired, which the technician explained very clearly. Two days later a new boiler, with the same technician(s). Very friendly, very polite (pulling out a chair, putting coffee cups on the counter, thanking them for the coffee) and I got a very clear explanation about how to use it. Too bad that such a boiler costs so much money, because you enjoy doing business with such a company.

I had a boiler fault. I wanted to add water but the water flowed out. After calling, they were there within the hour. The overflow was defective. All the water had drained from the boiler. Luckily I was able to catch most of the water. After an hour the boiler worked again. I am very satisfied with the fast help, the good service and the friendly employees.

Had a maintenance contract for CV for 8 years. Until the contract is increased by more than a hundred euros per year. Not normal. When you call them you will get the operator who will happily give you the email address with which you can cancel the contract. It appears to be a decision from higher up, it is said. But there is no clear explanation. The management wants to lose customers or from an Audi to a Ferrari.

Great company and sticks to agreements well. Do everything by the book, but are also proactive when it comes to looking further at the entire function of the devices. In short, service and no hassle until the next maintenance.

Had a central heating malfunction, did nothing anymore. The technician found that the circuit board was broken, after a quick replacement everything functioned as desired again. Were helped well and quickly.
