They took care of the complete installation of our house (water, electricity, solar panels, heat pump system and heat pump), and they managed to make a mess of it!! Some things could be solved, other things could not be fixed permanently and a case will become a lawsuit. This has to do with the solar panels. This cowboy also has Balt Solar, which is also dramatic. And you can't do anything with the management, they don't understand anything!!!

This installer does the maintenance on our central heating boiler which they did not install! I asked them if they would also like to carry out maintenance on our split air conditioning, which was also not installed by them. This was no problem and a technician also came by! He said that little actually needed to be done because the air conditioning looked fine. Great from this mechanic and also from the company that sent an invoice for only 25 euros 👍🏻 Now there was a defect in the condensation pump of the air conditioning, so I called and asked if a mechanic was available? Was called back by the otherwise very friendly Patricia with the message that the Balt company had not installed this split air conditioning and would therefore not come by and that we should call the company that had installed the air conditioning! It's probably just us, but the logic of this way of dealing with customers escapes me. We would like to inform you immediately that the Balt company no longer has to carry out maintenance on our central heating boiler! It's a pity that you are being helped like this by this company.

When requesting a quote for installation of an air conditioning system, I will send relevant dimensions. This allows a company to make a better estimate. However, this company would like to 'announce that we are not an accounting agency'. In this case they 'do feel it'. Put another way, I wouldn't have bothered to warn others about this company. Rude, unprofessional.
