Terrible service, wouldn't do business with them! They were supposed to come for the annual service, scheduled for after 3 p.m. because I wasn't home earlier that day. My neighbor told me they'd already been there at 10 a.m. That afternoon, they didn't show up at the agreed-upon time. When I called Lievers, it turned out the technician had signed off as if he'd visited me. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOU LOVE YOUR BOILER!

Terrible company! We had an appointment to check our central heating, two days later there was a leak because water was leaking from the boiler. We called right away this morning at 9am and the technician would call us back for an appointment. That didn't happen, so we called Lievers again. They called us back with the message that the technician would come between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Of course the technician didn't come, so at 6 p.m. we called Lievers again. The technician would still come. At half past eight the technician finally called with the strange message that he was standing in front of our house, but that my husband said he was sick. Of course no one was at the door. I then called Lievers, and they informed me that that guy is the only technician and that I had better call back on Monday morning and that a technician would come as soon as possible. But that would mean that I would have to wait at least another day, while we have a leak and cannot use the central heating properly. Unfortunately, the employee was very disinterested and I was therefore not helped. In the meantime, we are looking to see if another plumber can help us, because Lievers is of NO use to you!

A lot of people complain here, but I was actually satisfied. Hofwonen was a lot of hassle, but Lievers was customer-friendly and clear in their communication. The technician was early so I was taking a shower, then I called them and he came shortly after. Well done and neat mechanic.

Worse service than this doesn't exist. From the secretary who answers the phone to the installer who comes to your home, they are all extremely unprofessional and dishonest! I've never seen a worse company in the Netherlands!

Came by the same day for a fault with the CV boiler. Good, fast, clear and friendly help on the phone and by the mechanic. Top!
