Today the team (Jasper & Steven) did an excellent job of installing an airco unit at our place. They were very professional, friendly and the ac units is placed really well in our bedroom. The process of requesting the offer to installation was quick and smooth. The price is relatively high, but the quality is excellent.

I've been comparing for a while multiple AC install services to put one in my house, and Air-Innovations came a clear winner out of that. They are very approachable for English-only customers like myself, professional and reasonable. Paul personally inspected the house and suggested AC placement, gave a choice of 3 options - each with pros/cons - all clearly explained, estimated cost of work and provided overall guidance regarding installation and operation of AC. They've scheduled install date really fast, somewhere around 2-3 weeks from the initial inspection (which is really-really fast if you know something about AC installation and demand for it closer to summer time), and at the given date were right on time. Ben and Mitchell did fantastic job of doing the installation, everything turned out to be very neat and properly aligned - couldn't be happier with the result. Entire thing took reasonable amount of time, and they were done much earlier than I anticipated. Their services are definitely not cheap by comparison, but I was glad to pay considering how they delivered on their promises 100%, so I'd say they charge reasonably for their level of quality. Overall, Air-Innovations is a definite recommendation from my side.

Great customer service. Georgette was extremely responsive! We experienced trouble with our unit and they promptly sent someone to the house and resolved the issue. We’re happy to have our unit installed and maintained by Air Innovations!

Fantastic service. Paul was very knowledgeable about the unit, and had good advice on where to place it and how to set up piping for the outside unit. For the installation, the works were quick and efficient, and answers all of my questions thoroughly. Highly recommend!
