Today a technician came by to check my smoke detectors and the lamp switch. What a very nice and helpful man! He took his time, worked neatly and was friendly to deal with. Unfortunately, such service is no longer self-evident these days, and that is why, in my opinion, it deserves five stars.

The down pipes in our apartment had to be replaced (each apartment). Our VVE had engaged InterANS for this. InterANS delivered and ruined our brand new bathroom in a scandalous manner: - Suddenly a visible drain pipe running through the bathroom from the sink straight into the ground?! How do you get there?! - So poorly sealed that within a month there was black mold everywhere under the sealant - Pieces from the edges of the tiles on the floor - Wrong color of grout, so now two colors of grout in the bathroom So we had our own contractor fix it all. It turned out that the floor tiles they had removed and replaced had not been installed properly at all. There was just moisture and mold underneath! Entire subfloor with damp spots. If we had not discovered this, our downstairs neighbors would have had a leak in no time. The down pipes themselves are “worthless junk”, according to our own contractor. And this down pipe joke cost us 11,000 euros (per apartment for replacing down pipes in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet). OUTRAGEOUS. And they also lie to us (owners) that it is technically IMPOSSIBLE to conceal the visible drain pipe in the wall and floor (as it already was) and our contractor has now fixed that. Truly incredible! But you have to put more than 11,000 euros in your pocket for this piece of work. Real! Save yourself from these wolves.

A bit strange to refer to this company as ''I can't live without them''. A little research and you will see on Google that this company has recently gone bankrupt.
