In our new house there was a sign on the boiler from this company so as a new resident I called them to ask if they wanted to continue maintenance. The lady on the phone didn't have time so she asked me to send an email. Of course she could, but the tone was so unfriendly that I called someone else. I think it was a good choice when I read the reviews!

I've been a customer since 2015 for annual maintenance on two central heating boilers and a heat pump. There's a sticker on the heat pump listing when the maintenance was performed. Interestingly, only May 2019 is marked as a maintenance service; all other years up to and including 2023 are blank. Maintenance is scheduled for April/May each year. In August 2023, there was a malfunction, leaving the residents without hot water. The maintenance wasn't performed in April or May, requiring a separate visit for the malfunction. I received a separate invoice for €1,930 for this. I pay around €1,500 annually for a one-time maintenance service. Heluto's services were discontinued immediately in December 2023. To top it all off, I received a maintenance invoice on April 2, 2024, for the period April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025. I politely requested a credit note but have not received any response to date. I do not recommend this company to others based on my own experiences. I doubt Heluto has visited every year, and it's a fact that their administration is not in order.

Too bad they play loud music in the neighborhood with their bus before 8 in the morning with windows open. If this is the image of the company then I will not hire them.

Relocation of the central heating boiler from the ground floor to the attic. Well thought out by the company. The work was carried out to our complete satisfaction. I can recommend this company!
