This company does not honor agreements. Had a mechanic visit a year ago. Then total silence. No invoice, no quote that was promised, just nothing more. After calling twice, an invoice arrived but still no quote. Concluding a maintenance contract also appears to be quite a difficult job for this company. I am now in contact with a company that wants satisfied customers.

We bought a new house in Sneek and discovered that some rooms were still cold. So we called in Pranger (dokkum) for help. Within a few days we received a very nice technician who advised us to purchase the evohome system from honeywel. I say fine, come with a quote. No sooner said than done. No quote after 2 weeks. I call and am told apologies, the quote has fallen through the cracks, but it is on its way. Calling again after almost 4 weeks, I am told that is strange because the quotation was sent by email. I'll send it "one more time" and you should have it within 2 and a half hours. (which seemed strange to me, how long should it take to send an email again. But you guessed it, no email after 2 and a half hours. So call again, get the reception on the line, sir, call me back. I receive this text by email. Good afternoon, You will receive the official price quote in PDF from me, but these are the prices: - Price per evohome head (11 in total) € 159.12 incl. VAT and labor costs - Base station €600 + setup & VAT So the quotation fell through the cracks, then the email was sent but apparently did not reach me, and now the quotation has spontaneously disappeared, so just a few lines of text. I don't feel treated fairly

Payment is made for a service contract... never seen anyone, but they do have to pay 92 euros. Called and they would investigate why no maintenance was carried out.. still has to be called. We do not pay any bills as long as we do not call back.

Keeping appointments is not one of Pranger & Rosier's strongest points. They scheduled an appointment with management twice and twice they lost track of the appointment and had no time to rectify the situation properly. It was downright bad.

I WAS ASSURED THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK WITHIN HALF AN HOUR. WE HAVE NOW BEEN 4 X 24 HOURS AND STILL NOT HAD A CALL. IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT AGREEMENTS HAVE BEEN NOT KEPT, SADLY!!!!
