Didn't use it, but the guy in the van found it necessary to hang in my trunk while I was overtaking, and then cut me off once I was in the right lane. Never seen such antisocial driving and that with a van with the company's name on it...

Did not use this company but came across the van in traffic. This name was written on the van in large letters, hence this review. Busy in Drenthe around 5 p.m., so rush hour. I think the gentleman wanted to go home and according to him it was not going well. We drove 40 to 45 where we were allowed 50, but because of the crowds and traffic jams at the traffic lights we drove slowly. The gentleman did not appreciate this and started honking. The result is a rushed feeling. You guessed it at the traffic lights. Red and so wait. So it didn't help the gentleman. So no experience with the company, but very bad advertising for dealing with people in traffic in this way. Be a little kind to each other. Ooh yes, I did have a story with the gentleman, but I think this was justified if you start honking unnecessarily with your son's company van, great advertising!

Very bad experience. Called for a malfunction. I was spoken to politely. I would be called back by a service engineer for an appointment. The service engineer calls back and reports. The system was purchased from someone else so we cannot help you. He told him that the installation company had closed this year. I wanted to switch to Koelvisie for maintenance. He did not want to hear anything about it. I did not even get the time to explain it. If you did not purchase from us, we will not help you. Not before maybe September. Too bad about this response.
