Really a bad match. They also place their cars at charging stations where they should not be. Would stay far away from it. Broke just about everything they could break.

Megens installatie is onze installateur. Ze hebben voor ons een warmtepomp geïnstalleerd van het merk Inventum. De warmtepomp is een leugen en onze energierekening is torenhoog. Megens heeft ons verschillende keren bezocht en ze kunnen het probleem niet oplossen. Megnes heeft niet genoeg opleiding en kennis over warmtepompen. Ze sturen zzp'ers om te repareren en ze hebben zelf geen getrainde installateur. Ik stuur de warmtepomp terug.

Had the central heating boiler installed in the past. Had no problems for years. Now a new wind has recently started blowing through the company and the small customers are no longer profitable. Wanted to have maintenance done last year, no, no time, call someone else. Then we indicated that the burner had to be replaced from nefit. Yeah, oh wait then let's see what we can do. Then they can suddenly help if there is good money to be made from it for the customer and to the detriment. Now there is another fault with the boiler. No, no service contract. As per protocol, call back on Monday. We even called again to see if we could still conclude a service contract so that we could be helped (which another company did offer). In other words, they don't have to expect a phone call from me anymore.

I am so pleased that I used Megens Installation for my recent installation project. The team were friendly and helpful from the first contact, and they understood exactly what I wanted and helped me to achieve it. They were very punctual, reliable, professional and explained in detail all the steps they took. The installation was completed in the agreed time and I am very pleased with it. 7 years ago, entered into a 10-year maintenance contract. Now that push comes to shove and costs are being incurred for our central heating boiler, the contract has been unilaterally canceled... I have no words for this, except that I recommend not to do business with this company.
