Last year, we switched to solar energy and a heat pump for both our private and guest accommodations. Everything was expertly installed by DS Dwingeloo. It's great that you deal with just one person, from quote request to installation. The after-sales service was also excellent. Highly recommended!

On January 25, 2024, DS Installatietechniek removed three doors from our attic floor without consultation due to work on installing a heat pump and placed all three doors in our attic room. The doors then fell over/slipped on the laminate when putting them down. I observed this myself in the presence of the owner of DS Installatietechniek. Unfortunately, all three doors show damage due to this. cracks and dents, after several emails and apps I received a response that I could declare it on my contents as the deductible is € 1000.00. I have held DS Installatietechniek liable by letter (both registered, by post and by email) for the damage I have suffered/suffered as a result of their error. But there is no response.

We requested quotes from several suppliers. The price differences between them were quite similar. What made us decide to work with this supplier was the clear information they provided and the approach we could choose from. They also provided after-sales service (which we had done ourselves), but they still wanted to know if we had done it correctly. This was free of charge, as the money had already been transferred. Later, it turned out we still had some materials left over. Return shipping was also no problem. In short, honest, helpful people who provide excellent service. Highly recommended!
