In the past, De Jong had maintenance done on the old central heating boiler. We liked this very much, so we asked them to do the renovation in our purchased house. They installed underfloor heating, central heating and toilet in our house. I don't understand all the negative comments. Things went smoothly for us. A price was given in advance and despite the fact that many pipes had to be rerouted, the price remained the same. The re-pouring of a cement floor in the toilet, which was no longer intact due to all the relocations, was also arranged for us at no additional cost. We were well informed about which central heating installation suited our home and our use. We also received advice about the order of the jobs that needed to be done, which was very nice as a layman! In addition, they were called in advance when they came by and those agreements were duly adhered to. In short, we are very satisfied with De Jong and will certainly do more business with them in the future.

The company is not an expert and tries to increase the costs. After a second opinion from Feenstra, it turns out that nothing is broken on the central heating boiler, according to de Jong, a new printed circuit board needs to be installed and there was a lightning strike that you can only see after 1 day and after a day no longer (costs €500). Feenstra solved the problem within 5 minutes. Sorry de Jong, but that is really not correct.

What a bad company. Received this address on the advice of the sewer guard because the drainage of the flat roof had to be examined. They have a special camera for this. Furthermore, a toilet had to be unclogged in a new house. They forgot the first appointment. After more than a week they came by. Couldn't unclog the toilet. After a few days they came again with the right material. It was a simple paper blockage. The toilet was put back. The sealant edge was not repaired. The bathroom was left dirty. It was now possible to look at the roof, I got a ladder from the neighbor myself. It was done in fifteen minutes, the scope was only left 50 cm into the drain, otherwise it might get stuck. When they left, the toilet bowl turned out to be leaking. I called them immediately, only after the weekend did they have time to fix it. Mr. saw that I was on duty in healthcare all weekend and that I was saying that I thought it was inappropriate to wait that long. De Jong as a threat. They only fixed the leak on Monday. The bill came very quickly: 686.61 euros: For unblocking a toilet and taking a look in the drain, he charges 9.5 hours of labor and non-agreed costs for using the camera. Ridiculous.

DON'T DO IT! The communication with the installer is so disastrous. They came by for a repair on a gas pipe, for which they would also come a second time. the second time never happened, and after several telephone conversations and emails they kept telling me that it had been delayed. After six months I contacted them again and was accused of everything. I would have stated that I would solve it myself, then I would have agreed to pay a portion first before they would make a follow-up appointment. Both not true.
