Super service, they assisted me in the middle of their holidays. Whatsapp support with photos is also available. Very friendly people. Stephan has been visiting us. He replied my 20+ questions regarding Radiators, Heaters, Energy Saving. They work very professionally. I always get a report of what has been checked for each visit. They started rejected new customers just to give better service for the existing customers. I completely recommend this company for Dutch and also English speakers.

Have been a customer of this company for some time. Very satisfied with Leo. The man who comes to your home to do the work. The service via email is less efficient. What Leo builds up is broken down there. Very unfortunate. The maintenance on my boiler has not been carried out for a while. When I found out I contacted the company. See the last comment in the photo. Shame. Disappointed. Leo provides good service. I would like to say that.

This month, I had my 20-year-old central heating boiler replaced with a new Vaillant through Thijssen. The quote and appointment process went smoothly and quickly. On the day itself, they arrived promptly and worked diligently and efficiently. Despite the significant setbacks with the roof duct, everything was handled perfectly. The boiler works perfectly, and the Google Nest connection was also neatly reconnected (even neater). Clear explanations, a well-organized invoice, and Leo has everything perfectly under control. Highly recommended.

Great service and transparency. They are there when you need them and communicate clearly when costs need to be incurred. Before/after photos are also taken and shared with the invoice. Example of super service: roofers accidentally knocked loose the central heating drain pipe this week. Even though my call was after closing time, Leo was on the doorstep half an hour later to ensure that the combination boiler could be switched on safely again. Example 2. Nocturnal leakage in the water pipe to (!) central heating boiler. Sent a message via the website at 6:00 am. Leo was at the door at 8:00 am and quickly resolved the problem as a courtesy.
