It's that I'm obliged to give a star, but this isn't even worth 1 star! ((this review is for my sister)) heat pump keeps showing a fault, if she doesn't remove it herself she has no hot water and it doesn't get warmer than 18 degrees in the house. She can always pay for the costs. First report of a defect was made on November 29. Last Thursday they were going to replace the sensor because it was broken. But last week a fan was broken (which has been replaced). Last Thursday it turned out that they had replaced the wrong fan, hence all the ice formation. So the technician fixed the broken fan and apparently not the sensor because according to the man it was not broken. 6 technicians have already visited us! I hope that you will come up with a solution very quickly. If not, we will be forced to take further steps

Unfortunately bad experience with this installer. With a defective heat pump they left us with our then 9 week old baby. Installation and maintenance always with them, and then this. Promise to give us priority for the replacement because there was a shortage of heat pumps, but after 2.5 weeks of not hearing anything we were told that the man from the quotes was on holiday. Promise to call back. Heard nothing. After 10 weeks still no quote, although 2 times the promise to call back, but heard nothing. What followed was a bill for 2 hours for calling a supplier. Called another installer from the area, who were no longer accepting new customers, but because of our situation the heat pump was arranged within a week and installed within 3 weeks. That is better service. Too bad for the fitters that the service and communication from the HulstFlier office leaves much to be desired. I understand the shortage of materials and/or staff, but not communicating about it and leaving people hanging like that is very disappointing.

This afternoon Hulst Flier helped us enormously with a repair of our sewer pump system. During an extremely annoying leak in the middle of a heavy rain shower, they were quickly on site to immediately repair the sewer and solve the problem. The office staff understood the urgency and ensured that a man was released 👌 Thanks a lot guys!!
