After a year I am still writing this review because we are very dissatisfied with Van Luik Installation Technology. This company carried out the installation work in our new-build home on behalf of Varianthuis BV. We have been living here for a year now and the problems keep piling up. Cracks in our (cast) floor because the heat pump increased from 11 degrees to 24 degrees within a week when starting up, incorrectly installed heat pump, pipework with far too many bends and pipes that are too thin, incorrectly set heat pump which cost us an extreme amount of energy, leaks in the bends near several drain pipes, a big mess in terms of pipework under the crawl space and I could go on and on. This morning an advisor from Nefit visited us and he did not know what he saw. He advised us to completely replace the pipework and to place the outdoor unit on special rubber tiles to prevent/reduce noise pollution. However, I will have this done by a local installer because Van Luik is no longer available for us. My advice... find a good installation company and skip Van Luik Installation Technology!

Don't have boiler maintenance done at Van Luik. You will not be called back even though they say so. They hire a self-employed person and you have to pay extra for this. He was here for 25 minutes and here 1 hour and 15 minutes are put on paper. This time has been calculated for travel and administration according to Van Luik. We also have to pay for a small part even though nothing has been replaced. We no longer have maintenance carried out by Van Luik, this does not feel good.

Bad installation company, absolutely not recommended! We received a new hot-air heating system in our rental property in Delfzijl. The old one was old and beyond repair. Waited for 8 months, even in winter so no heater and literally suffered from cold in our rental property. If it were my own business, I would certainly not have agreed to this and looked for another installation company. During installation 3 leaks were caused with consequential damage and later there was another leak when the weather became warm and the air conditioning was turned on, which turned out to be on the same drain. You will be treated in an extremely unfriendly manner on the telephone and you will also receive an invoice for a report of water leakage (1 of 3 water leaks) reported as a result of the installation installed by Van Luik. So not an order to carry out something, but a complaint about an installation. The technician Andre also admitted while solving this problem that he should have checked the existing valve for correct operation. He found no lime but PVC sawdust and glue residue. Perhaps from the new installation? Speaking of incorrect information... and respond in a customer-friendly manner. We are still dealing with the water damage. Carpet to the philistines and plasterwork provided with water damage.

We have been customers for more than 30 years and to our complete satisfaction. However, now that there is a problem, the company no longer responds. Dennis will call back but Dennis does not call back. Dennis will come by but Dennis won't come by. It's a DRAMA. They no longer keep to the agreements. In short, for now, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Today Dennis took his time. Had a very nice conversation. I assume that everything will turn out well and we will definitely remain customers!
