After a fire at home, I needed a new chimney. Fully covered by insurance, so price is not an issue, as long as it is of good quality, equal to the old chimney. Insurance company agreed to a very high price without any problems. The chimney had to be braced like the old one, instead of the same quality cables they used junk. An inspection hatch that was supposed to be there became a T-junction where the sweep set could not fit and it leaked. Their solution, sealant? Inside, the old entrance to the stove was secured with a standard bolt and nut (which burn away within a few years). Finishing plate inside was crooked and uneven. They were going to fix it and I am still waiting for the plate and had to buy another one myself via the internet. They cannot level the chimney either, it is still crooked. I was supposed to get a sweep set from them that would fit this chimney. I am still waiting for that. At some point they stopped responding to anything. Very bad and unprofessional company. The only plus point is that they only got half their money. big disadvantage, we are still having problems and there is no company that wants to solve it because they do not want to straighten out someone else's mess without rebuilding the chimney itself. currently leaking again and the sealant is coming loose. can I write to them for warranty? given their behavior of not responding to anything, they did not even respond to letters from lawyers. never had anything done by this company. this happened 2.5 years ago. because my old employer did business with this company, out of respect for my former employer I waited to write a review until now.

In preparation for our new kitchen, the gentlemen from Sanstra have adjusted all pipes and electricity. When renovating our new house, we had the help of all kinds of professionals, and Sanstra's services were head and shoulders above the rest. From the first contact to taking, carrying out and completing the assignment: they say what they do and do what they say. Unfortunately, you see that less and less these days. We had great people who were clearly pleasant to work with each other. The work went well, and Sanstra adjusted the invoice on its own initiative. Reliable, professional and honest. Highly recommended!

We needed connections for our fireplace. Heard through the grapevine that you could get them here. What good service, we thought along and an employee even came home to see how we could best connect it. Where else can you find something like that? Absolutely GREAT Bob.
