Requested a quote for replacing radiator taps. Had to wait 2 weeks. Then a quote of almost €800 comes. Unspecified how they arrived at the costs. When you call, you are spoken to very unfriendly by Peter. The price on the phone was estimated at approximately €250. This was without a radiator. But I have never seen a radiator of €550 of 50x60cm Even if it was the last one on earth; do not do business with them

After 2 days of cold showers, HM installations fortunately found a hole to repair our shower. Super nice technician and great service! All in all, definitely recommended for all kinds of installation jobs!!!

95 euros for 5 minutes of work, I think that's really too expensive. I did receive an email in response to my response to this with an explanation of their starting rate, but I had no response after that. I understand that you work with a more expensive rate for the first hour, but if it is only a matter of searching for the cause of a short circuit for 5 minutes, then I think it would be brave to charge for the entire hour. Otherwise friendly people, but next time I'll call someone else.

Nice people, but poor communication within the company. Sorry for the bad review, but this is really the only number of stars I can support. You can quickly get hold of someone by phone and they help you quickly, but outside of that everything seems to be going smoothly. January 25 I received a call from an unknown number. I answered, but no one spoke on the phone, so I hung up again. I asked via WhatsApp who that person was and why they were calling, to which the answer was that it was about a repair that I had requested from my landlord. I immediately asked the same day if communication could be done via email, as I am officially not allowed to use the telephone during working hours. Read it, but never got a response and on February 6 I finally received an email asking me to make an appointment. I replied the same day, but no answer. A few days later I sent another email asking for communication, then another email asking if they even read my emails and an appointment was finally made on February 14. My boyfriend took time off for the appointment. So he gives up something for that, assuming the company does the same. After waiting half an hour on the day itself, without seeing an engineer, I called the company again. The mechanic turned out to be sick in bed. "It's nice that this is being communicated," said the person on the phone. The operator was nice. He made a new appointment for a week later. We are now a week later. Again, after half an hour, no technician was seen at the door, so I called again. It turns out that the mechanic takes his daughter to school first. “He would report that if that were the case,” was the response from another operator. It's all well and good that people on the line also complain about poor communication, but we also have plans. Of course, the people on the phone can't do anything about people who casually decide to live their personal lives during working hours without reporting this to their employer, and it may happen once, but this has now happened twice in a row. I was promised that the technician would be there within fifteen minutes. we are now half an hour further. I'm literally writing this review during the time the technician is late (on top of being late). It sounds as if certain technicians need to be given a strong warning, as they are portraying the company in a negative light in this way and leaving clients behind. --- UPDATE --- The technician has just been. Very nice and tried to help. The problem could not be solved and we will be emailed for a new appointment when the parts have arrived. I am very curious whether this communication is improving. Advice remains the same for now.
