Be prepared. This company isn’t here for you. They collect money by monthly subscriptions and hide when a service call has been made. They have a business model that is similar to a scam. Just read all the reviews on different platforms. Just insane. Skip them.

The worst customer service EVER!!! Our heating system is broken for two weeks already. It is literally 14 degrees in my apparent and they don’t seem to care… I am calling them everyday and the only thing the tell me to wait for technician call… About email you can forget - no one replies to it.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Update 29-01: It is already the start of third week without heating. This company simply doesn’t care.. Called multiple times and the only answer is just wait, yet still no appointment from technicians.. Unbelievable, poor customer service for the amount you pay. Update 01-02: The heating system was finally fixed by Duurzaam Opgewekt. Now waiting for compensation for the period it was out of order Update 12-02: Still no ANY info about compensation. These people don’t read emails… Update 20-02: Received a call with the information that the compensation proposal will be communicated to me by 28-02-2024. Also send an email about my compensation expectation based on the rules established by ACM NL Update 28-02-2024: No communication at all after our agreement in phone call in week 8. I notified by email that in case I don’t hear anything back by 05-03 I will be required to take legal action against your company to receive entailed compensation for your poor customer service and help.. Update 18-03: Still no calls, no emails about my compensation… This is extremely disrespectful. My tolerance of this situation is ending and I promise that legal consequences will follow. Update 28-03-2024: After two months of waiting, I received compensation offer of 335 euros which is not based on NL consumer law. I find this extremely disrespectful considering all the inconvenience caused by this company, will not accept this offer and will continue demand that my consumer rights are respected.

UPDATE: Trying since January to get reimbursed from 2023 additional payments, but still nothing. Heard from Duurzaam that I had nothing to receive back, so I had to provide all proof of payment from 2023 to make them understand that was overpaying for the entire year, and they need to reimburse me almost a thousand euros. I had to calculate the amount myself and share an excel file with them, and few days later I received the notification saying that the money would be transferred to my account on March 29th, and guess what? Still nothing. And again they keep ignoring email. Honestly, I have never had such a bad experience with a service provider in my whole life. Wish I could give zero star for such unprofessionalism. ————————————————————————— Tired of sending emails requesting information. Just like Evoyo, customer service is terrible. I have been sending emails for weeks and they don’t even bother answering them. It’s Impossible to follow our actual consumption, monthly installments are way higher than consumption, and I ended up paying over 1000 euros extra in 2023, and where is my annual statement as well as the reimbursement of the extra money paid? Try at least to be a bit professional and answer the email instead simply ghosting your customers.

Well, it's bad luck if you're stuck with this company to provide you heating and cooling. Their systems are too expensive and customer servicing is too bad.
