Installed a new boiler. Asked about the Intergas Touch thermostat, the installer said that a standard one was included and that I could continue to use my own (nest). In the end, nothing was left behind. No response after emailing, but when I asked again verbally, I suddenly got an answer: I would still get a Touch. I got one, but without a gateway. So remote control is not possible. The boiler works fine, but communication and clarity leave much to be desired.

On Tuesday 27 May, Freddie from Breman Techniek came to my home for maintenance on the CV and replacement of the smoke detector. This was commissioned by Woonbedrijf Ieder1 Zutphen. This man turned out to be an exceptionally skilled mechanic who let me watch what he was doing. And he told me about it, which meant that I only got new information about the CV. What a knowledge this man has. Maybe he can retrain as a technical teacher. He seems very suitable for that to me. But then Breman will lose him.

Been waiting for a control box to be replaced since December. 1st technician appointment too late and no time, things are fraying, control box has to be ordered, takes 8 weeks. They have now canceled 2 appointments, first because planning was overdue and now because the technician is ill. Never experienced such a bad company.

What a bad company. If your boiler is broken, they first make you wait a whole week... due to too few staff / too many staff on holiday... then you may have to plan it better / hire more people. In the end, the day finally arrives, we wait all day, they call to say that things are running late and unfortunately a new appointment has to be made... then you will think that you will be the first in line the next day, but not so! They just put you at the back again!! What a bad company!

This afternoon the handyman came to install a new switch so that we receive a notification by means of a red light (see photo) when the filters of the heat recovery boiler become full of dust and it is therefore time to clean the filters. The handyman has been busy working and managed to get the installation done with all his might without complaining about his work and hourly wages *sarcasm* He wanted to run away immediately, after cleaning the filters we both noticed that the light remains on and the gentleman has left with no northerly sun for the time being. I had asked him before whether the problem might be due to the material. "No heur" said dear handyman.. why don't you call the manager? Nahh. I told him this has to be arranged, I am forced to call Breman. No response, but when he stood on the sidewalk again he looked surprised. After my phone call with customer service, they informed Gerard how to do his work and he got back to work with knowledge and skills (pushing a few buttons). Of course I also had to keep an eye on the light (I didn't find it a problem as I wanted it gone asap) When it turned out that he wasn't going to get it done, he gradually started to direct his frustration at me by grumbling that "you actually have to do this." What now? After speaking with his manager, this unprecedented comment may have to do with the fact that the employees who operate the heat recovery boiler have to instruct us on how to get the switch working using buttons on the heat recovery boiler, since no switch was installed at the time, I was not aware of this. You already know companies that pass responsibilities to each other (department A vs. department B). Final score: my own conclusion with that of the manager: material is not good and/or the cables are installed properly. I suspect number 2 since Mr. Tough dared to indicate that he has already messed up the switch for me at my neighbors' house 5 times. It is a mystery to me that the best man is allowed to continue working after this Came by again today, another colleague. Managed to arrange it in 5 minutes. Manager quickly scheduled the appointment. Handyman is knowledgeable and friendly, hence 1 star to 3
