Mechanics themselves are friendly, but planning is worthless. Traffic matters connected and only repaired after a year, unexpected additional costs etc.

Schlepers is an excellent company for central heating maintenance, breakdowns, or projects. They work efficiently and the technicians are knowledgeable. In case of a breakdown, you'll receive help as quickly as possible and they'll keep working until it's resolved. The service offered is pricey, but in my opinion, it's more than worth it.

Very unpleasant experience with this company. After regular maintenance of the central heating boiler, the boiler started to hum. After a lot of effort and an annoying telephone conversation, the technician came back and it seemed to have been resolved. Brom came back after about a week. Called 3 times to make an appointment and never got a call back. The 4th time I called they said they wouldn't help.

It's a shame that if you ask critical questions about an invoice, you are told to be put on a kind of "black list" because they don't feel like "this kind of whining". We do not charge call-out fees, but we do charge an hour for 15 minutes of work. Travel time there and back 8 minutes in total, but that was again not calculated. Very customer friendly.

Not confidence inspiring. I called them in mid-February for a consultation appointment and a subsequent quote for a major installation job in our house. Despite a promise, no call was returned. I checked again a week later, but their 2nd callback promise was also not fulfilled. It has now been three weeks and we have heard nothing. If this is how they treat potential customers, I have no illusions about their implementation, service and complaint handling. Never mind. There are more providers who respond adequately. Update 31/3: the call was never(!) returned.
