We were looking for a full-electric heat pump with a horizontal boiler with environmentally friendly coolant. The horizontal boiler and the control unit are located under the roof boarding in a large attic cupboard. The corner house with solar panels is from 1965 and has been post-insulated: floor, roof, exterior walls and frames and triple glazing. Vedutech owner Jan van de Minkelis could indicate exactly which system we needed. The other parties that provided quotations did not have a suitable solution, were too expensive, or did not know exactly what they were talking about. It became an Itho Daalderop Amber Monoblock 65 with cooling unit and an Itho Daalderop 200 liter horizontal boiler. The heat pump can heat/cool the house without adjusting the radiators and it can heat the boiler. The installation went smoothly and the fitter Thierry took our wishes into account through good contact. The control unit and pipes are very clearly and neatly mounted in the attic cupboard. The result is a very quiet heat pump, which reacts quickly enough and supplies enough hot water to take a bath and shower. The heat pump now ensures a pleasantly comfortable climate in the house at all times. A 200-litre boiler is large enough. A good feeling that the supplier Itho Daalderop is in the Netherlands. In use for half a year. Very happy with it!

My heat pump broke down in mid-October. After asking around, I found Vedutech through Alpha Innotec importer. Not only did they turn out to be the cheapest, but they also immediately worked to help me. First they came by to see if it could still be made. That turned out not to be the case and a new one was immediately ordered. After 10 days they came to install the pump. Not only was the speed of action great, the staff was also very friendly and professional. In short, I can recommend Vedutech to everyone.

The Vedutech company was able to solve the problem with our heat pump for us, which the Kruit installation company was unable to do after three attempts. We had two neat technicians with considerable knowledge and experience. Vedutech can really be proud of their technicians, and highly recommended!
