I have known Erik for over 20 years now. Having started out as a 'via via' installer, he has moved with clients and the associated houses three times. I measure its quality by the fact that there is never any hassle with the central heating boilers. I never have to call for problems. Years ago he replaced the entire central heating boiler. I have known Erik for a long time and come/came to his house. If you are on his right list, he will be able to sink his teeth into the problem and solve it for you. He is also willing to physically take small things (from the bus / from wholesaler) with him. Today they have a new central heating boiler and 6 new radiators duo toilet block installed. Even when the quotation was made, careful consideration was given to what we wanted. The man from E-Comfort who installed it was extremely friendly and worked very hard. Afterwards there was a very small problem with the thermostat, but Erik came immediately the next day to solve the problem. Now a nice new central heating with thermostat + radiators and new toilet and a lovely warm house, for a reasonable price! Super fast service too.
