From a 4 year old air conditioner, you can only enjoy it for 2 summers. Had a leaking outdoor unit repaired last year (€800) that leaked again this summer. Afterwards it turned out that everything was covered by warranty. K2 Kerkhoff Reestraat in Groesbeek does not know the word guarantee. Have to ask for a technician yourself, because the door is completely closed on their side after they have first made good money from you (2 air conditioners and 13 solar panels). The air conditioning supplier Wasco gives us a guarantee, but Kerkhoff is anything but cooperative and has been holding things up for 4 months. A K2 technician must first detect the leak and only then wasco takes action. But now we must first agree for all costs that are not covered by the warranty. After 4 months, the very customer-unfriendly lady still does not understand that something only needs to be noted and not repaired. Wasco demands this and has also explained it. And then the arrogant, stupid answers and lies you get are not sickening. Buying something here is asking for trouble. I edited the post because the comment below contains lies again. We have never experienced this kind of malpractice and lies... We did indeed go to another company that helped us in a customer-friendly and decent manner. They had heard of their unprofessional behavior before and, like those around us, were surprised at the (non) ins and outs of this company. One star is way too much... Shame on you!

Good service and nice communication (solar panels)

What a pathetic company this is. No knowledge at all. They commit poor maintenance, cheat you and lie and simply leave customers in the cold and without hot water just before the holidays because they install outdated items and have no spare parts for them. Even 1 star is actually too much for them.

If you haven't purchased your products here . If you need an installer, they will not help you and you will receive the answer: NO, WE DON'T DO THAT. YOU SHOULD HAVE BUYED IT HERE. They look like little children.
