Horrible company with zero knowledge will definitely make it worse, then leave you in the middle of the winter. While during the summer, they will respond. Seriously, get a plumber but don't get this company.

Craftsmanship was not there. Had a fuse box installed last Monday and the box was burned out. Entire meter cupboard black. My cat lost his tail because of this..! Thank you very much! Never have anything installed here again. 😡

April 2023, a central heating heater purchased via the Consumers' Association. All information regarding the existing situation had to be provided before delivery. Delivery and installation by Lanting-IT from Groningen. Everything seemed to be going well, until heat was also requested in October 2023. First tried to resolve a few things via the helpdesk, then called Lanting-IT on their advice to replace a bypass. Came quickly, tried to resolve the "fault" following the complaint and left without it being resolved, with the message "I now know how your heating system works. That's a brain teaser, but I'll contact you." After about three weeks, I had contact in which it was promised that contact would be made. Unfortunately, this promise was not kept. A second promise was also not kept. After some time, a complaint was filed via the website. This too was not responded to. In other words; bad company with which no agreements can be made!!! The one star is because this is the minimum choice, but otherwise......

We have rarely experienced such a bad company. They came by because of a leaking gas pipe and took 2 hours to diagnose this (which we had already done) without coming up with a solution. We had agreed on an hourly rate (also noted on the receipt) and received an invoice with an hourly rate that was 1.5x higher. We have contacted several times by email and telephone without response, so they cannot be reached. Our advice is not to use this company, look further.

On January 26, 2022, Mr Lanting visited me to view the options for an air-water heat pump and underfloor heating. He would make a quote. Even though I called a few times and the assistant would pass on my question, I still had nothing after 6 months. But! On August 2, I got Mr Lanting himself on the phone. Expressed my understanding for the difficulties (war, shortage of materials, uncertainty about their costs). And Mr Lanting would return to this in the coming days. The coming days are of course an elastic concept. And all that came: no quotation. On November 8 last, I spoke to Mr Lanting again: "this week" I would receive a quote, also for the solar boiler that I would also need. "This week" has now turned into 4 weeks. You may be wondering why I spent so long trying to get this company moving. That's because 1) Mr. Lanting seemed knowledgeable to me and 2) it is incredibly difficult to find a certified company.
