Not professional, do not recommend. They came once to fix the problem, four days later, I had the same problem. I made another appointment. They did not show up for the appointment. I called several times and was told that they were busy but would come. No one showed up or called to say they could not come. They were unhelpful and unfriendly on the phone.

Very unprofessional. We had an appointment to discuss new heating installation. We agreed in advance, but at the time of the appointment no one showed up. I called them, they said they are being late but coming. I waited for 1 hour more and no one came, after what they didn't pick up the phone anymore. Do not recommend using such a poor service, this is totally unprofessional and disrespects to your clients.

In 1997 Vinkesteyn installed an AGPO-ZEN solar boiler on my roof. That was not a good experience: My roof immediately started leaking. It was repaired at the time. However, the solar boiler did not do much: "Sir, it is November, it does not do much in the winter". OK, but after a while I refilled the system myself, because I thought it was not normal. I could keep refilling: The collector turned out to be leaking. And upon my own investigation it turned out that a number of unions in the collector had never been tightened. My confidence was already gone. The system has never worked properly. Now, after 28 years, it turns out that the pump has been mounted the wrong way! My pants are falling down...

I was contacted in April for a quote for a heat pump boiler, and a Vinkesteyn employee came by within 2 weeks. Great conversation, seemed knowledgeable. However, after 4 weeks still no quote. Calling, emailing, calling, a quote was promised every time. Now after 3 months of waiting I have given up hope. Not a problem in itself, but I don't understand why promises are made that are not kept. Then just say it's too busy.

First asked via the site to contact us for a quote. Heard nothing more about that. Called for an appointment, which was quickly scheduled. Once at my home, they looked and nothing was written down. A quote would be emailed within 2 weeks. Called after a month and again the quote was promised quickly. However, still nothing received.
