4 years ago completely new cv + hot air heater installed. Neatly finished and clear information about further service. Appointments are neatly fulfilled and service maintenance, with clear explanation, is carried out excellently. All in all satisfied with De Goede heating.

Zeer slecht. Is langs geweest, kreeg een factuur met de vermelding dat de offerte zou volgen en vervolgens na betaling van de factuur hoor je niets meer en wordt er niet meer gereageerd en we zijn nu 4 maanden verder. Geld kwijt en niets ervoor terug.

They do not keep any agreements or commitments. My mother, at the age of 86, has an almost equally old boiler in her house. De Goede Heating has always done the maintenance, so I thought I would ask them to replace the boiler. This was last summer, and we wanted to have the boiler replaced before winter. According to De Goede Verwarming, that was no problem at all. However, after two months of waiting we finally received a quote, only after I reached out by email and phone. I immediately agreed, so that they could install before the winter, but despite my repeated attempts to contact this was not successful. I'm done with having to constantly chase it down. It seems that either they have more than enough work, or they are only interested in maintaining the boilers, which is probably more lucrative for them.

Bad company, after changing the appointment 3 times I am done with this company. Having stuff from the cupboard in the room for 2 days. Be sure to look for another installation company.

bad company, I don't recommend this to everyone. make an appointment if you fear that pipes will not comply, so we did it ourselves. had a problem, was busy, just didn't show up, had to fiddle around a bit on the phone. mechanics who perform poor or no maintenance, causing things to break sooner that would otherwise have lasted longer. while you pay 80 euros per year for a maintenance contract. be wise don't become a customer here!!!
